It's not a lie though I genuinely managed to squeeze into the vest that we made in the hot works, workshop today. I feel both slim and proud.

But yea yesterday our small class was divided into yet even smaller groups to learn how to use some of the bonding tapes and the machines. 

I LOVED THIS 

And I was a wee bit shit at it as well

So tape would be used in mainly stretch wear like compression clothing and flexible stuff like yoga pants, as it allows the material to stretch easily without the seams splitting or breaking. 

I can say this in confidence as when I asked Peter (the umm... induction-ist...) on how strong the bond was i  the picture above e simply replied 

"Oh it is very strong, after its pressed properly it becomes almost indestructible" 

So I have high faith

 I doubt anyone is actually reading this...
