Sewing with Bob

Haha hi there and welcome back to the show.

Last time were looking at the part of the jeans called the pockets, which was a lot of fun.
Today we're going to go through the fly guard and fly facing part of the garment.
And guess what we're going to do it together, so we're just going to get ready here with all your materials and tools set up, what you need should be rolling across the screen right now. 

Sewing machine
Snips
Black thread
Fly guard
Fly facing
Right and Left fronts
Titanium White

Allriggghtyyyy

So we're gonna start with attaching the fly facing to the left front part of your jeans.
And we're just going to get in there and edge stitch both pieces together...
...liikeee sooo...
....yeaaa...
Okay and from there we're going to fold this over so the fly facing is on the reverse side of the jeans and we're going to stitch 6mm along the fold line

You can choose if you want to go 10mm if you want, its your jeans, your adventure

*Smacks snips against the side of the table repeatedly*
