I swear I'm not just looking at ass

*guilty face*

ANYWAYYYYYYYYYZZZZ
I thought it would be a good idea to have a look at some legging design both technology and aesthetically and how they in some cases work together to help create a more complete garment.

Here are some designs which I feel like might help
or provide inspiration
or whatever

Right I couldn't actually find a brand or an official website that these were sold on. All I could find was a dodgy website ad where they were $6...
I chose to mention them because I love the design.
Kind of gives me a storm trooper vibe with the black white and grey geometric colour scheme.
Notice also how the graphic design also works with the stitching especially around the knee.

This design is more for the aesthetic appeal for sure.
It's certainly eye grabbing due the the graphic heart design around the umm
errrr
bum
I'm just going to have to be blatantly obvious now when  it comes to design placement.
Like if you want people to stare at your arse then these are 99% the pair to slip on and do REALLY dramatic squats at in the gym followed by 20 min rests in-between sets flicking through Instagram.

Jesus after going to page 4 on google search I actually came across a pair of mens leggings.
And they are actually a decent design techno wise so I'm going to talk about them for a bit before returning to the overly sexual place that is the internet.
This design is mainly focused on where the stitching is placed and the location of the panels.
The main panels are both held together by two panels running the extend of the inside and outside of each leg which helps pull the main panel's tight providing a lot of compression to both the from and the back of both legs. The outside of the leg is also bright and florescent so it also has a useful quality to it as well when being used in the dark.

Lets focus on the area of the leg supporting the calf muscle.
Notice how the area above it only mesh?
This is to provide not only an area of ventilation from behind the knee but also to create a contrast between a high and low compression zone.
I don't think anyone likes something sticking into that area behind the knee...
I mean if you do then umm
Sorry
Nice to meet you
Now fuck off I'm making a point that dosent include you!
Nah stick around i need your opinion
But yea the area on the calf is fully compressed and isolated which could provide an area where it is more effectively compressed due to the difference in the density of materials.
