Back to the leggings James
Okaaaaaayyyyy James got side tracked by Christmas, but he didn't get fat...
James likes running remember?
My brother put on some weight obviously besides his enormous ego.
Anyway I might as well return to the ever so interesting subject of how I would or maybe will design and make a pair of fucking awesome leggings in the future.
So I think the last thing I touched on besides the turkey was the areas which need the most compression. The main reason for this is to prevent the muscles bouncing when moving around (especially when running). This basically adds like how a spring works.
If its looser then its going to loose its bounce where as if its tighter and in a ready position then its going to bounce higher.
It also helps the user feel like they have less weight on their legs (in my case yes) and also aid to prevent injury.

Question is how do I create compression in these areas???
It could be by using a less flexible material for some areas or by making the area around where you want the compression thicker, thus providing more insulation...
Oh my god I just used Thus in a sentence... I might be Jesus
It can also be done through stitching along the edges of muscle groups, isolating them and allowing different ranges of movement.
However it might depend on what sport the leggings are for...
E.g. general fitness, running, MMA, Yoga or for insulation.
