Gymshark leggings test run
Boop...
Stealth mode activated
If any of you were wondering what I normally look like when I go for a run...
Oh you didn't?
I'm still going to ram it down your throat anyway

I remember the first time saw James Redish
He gave off the impression that a steady breeze could blow him over
That was my first impression of the man...
Any way I headed out with high hopes with my new leggings which make me feel like a stealth plane rather than a really fast man in a gimp suit....
Funny thing is I wrote all of that stuff (above) before I went for my run and now I'm back we go go right into business...
The leggings were vErY NiCe.
The compression was good as they weren't to tight and they didn't rub and they fitted really nicely around the waist which mean that I didn't need to produce a Simon Cowell moment and have to wear them up to my rib cage like some other legging do...
My ingenious solution of avoiding blisters was also helped massively as well with the two pieces of fabric under my feet taking away the constant friction.
One thing I will say however is that they don't insulate the legs very well... meaning that if its cold outside then well... your legs will be cold for 5mins before you get going and shin splits will become common place so you'll need to stop every 10- 15 minutes to stretch off...
Overall though the new leggings are a massive success.

In the name of sportswear design do you know what actually causes blisters (there are a few reasons) and why your sole inserts will have helped this.
Lets see some science in the mix.
