Starting the final make... oh boy

James is making more progress on the shirt. 

He has moved on to using the actual material for his actual shirt. 

Which is good because I have a feeling that he was scared to move on from the comfort of Calico and knowing that you can fuck up and still be fine.... 

So here is my shirt so far.... 

First of all I found it really difficult to match the squares for the separate panels. and I only managed to make a smooth transition between the arms and the front/back panels. Everywhere else is a bit all over the place, but its fine. 

The Sleeves come in a bit to much on the chest,, but that's okay because the button tabs are yet to be put in on the front panels beside the shirt is supposed to be worn undone.

I also need to take in the tops of the shoulders a bit more because the top of the sleeve is a bit sharper in shape compared to my actual shoulder shape... 

So yay
