And rightly so because I think the Tank top/vest is a controversial garment

I personally think that the tank top can look great, as long as the colour and the fit suits the user.
This is normally a tighter fit around the chest area and more of a hanging look over the stomach and lower back... The size of the neck and arm holes matters as well. If the arm holes are to big then your just going to end up with everyone staring at your love handles, and if the neck is to big then you just look like you're trying to hard... Hence the stringer top, which always looks like shit as it looks like a tank that some dog has just got a hold of and tugged down. Which leaves a fine margin for where you "hide your nipples"
Because unless your topless, no one wants to see them.
Just a bit weird.

I actually like the style of vests and tank tops that they supply

I would have a picture of me wearing this, however I fear that I would just get really cocky and give myself some fucked up nick name that has something to do with my biceps...
