Leg day after leg day with James
So if I am going to design a pair of mens leggings I need to decide which areas in which I want to compress. This is to keep the legs warm in cold weather or to keep certain areas from bouncing around.
So I made another drawing of the muscle groups in the legs (again I made them muscular as fuck) And I had a look at which muscle groups might need compression.
This is mainly for the calves (As they need to be warm and compressed to prevent injury) and the Thigh area, which might be because they need warmth or to prevent injury....
OR MAYBE ITS BECAUSE YOU ATE TO MANY MINCE PIES OVER CHRISTMAS AND NOW YOU HAVE THUNDER THIGHS!!!
But yea the highlighted areas are the areas that I personally would compress more than others.
