Shirt making #1

Today was the first day of making my shirt...

Well I was twalling it to get an idea of how it would fit and how I could adapt the pattern for it. 

Basically I am tailoring a basic shirt block to fit my body as well as finding the style that I like. 

So you can see in these images here I am beginning to almost chisel away at the standard block pattern so that it should fit me.

Unfortunately the fabric we are using needs to be woven so it is not very flexible to put on so I need to design it with the main priority of being able to get in and out of the shirt as well as move in it so it is likely that the shirt will be quite loose around the hips and back. Which is okay so I feel like it will mainly come down to the material that I use.
