Recon on other shirts

So I decide that from yesterdays sketches that I could look online for some images on some other people who may of made a similar product, or a feature that I like. 

I have actually taken quite a liking to the idea of having a small button up on the front of the collar like this shirt (above) 

Only problem is I don't see how it would work if the material wasn't flexible so it dosent drape down like a weeping willow tree. 

I think the only way around this is to make the sides of the shirt incredibly fitted around the waist and to make the sleeves permanently rolled up so I can get my arm into them without them hanging down.
