Feedback so far (Finisterre)
At the moment since posting on the surfing forum I have had two reply's and for some reason they could not be further apart in which, if the remark helps me that much.
The first reply I received actually made me consider not looking at the forum anymore as it was just such a lazy spiteful reply.
I mean it just does not even help. (Okay maybe I was a little vauge but still)
The person could of at least used their imagination and actually try to help.
Instead of just trying to look cool and quote Chuck Norris!

Now the second reply that I received this morning was a LOT more helpful.
1. They actually kinda knew where I was coming from and actually related to the project that we are working on ass well as providing similar but very useful advise for said project which could of become a massive problem in the future.
2. They made my mistake with making the subject quite vague clear but they actually did it nicely and showed me how I could correct said information.
So thanks Jaffa1949 you really helped!
So what am I starting to learn around customer research etc?
Well I'm starting to pick up that the subject surrounding the whole burka situation is so sensitive that I think it makes plucking a balloon with a needle look a lot more safe.
I am going to have to be really careful if I'm going to stay on this subject without accidentally offending someone.

A rule that has stood me in very good stead so far in my career is to never allocate blame when things go wrong. Instead I always ask the question what could I have done better - even if somebody else was being a dick.
You've done exactly that, which is perhaps one of the most important lessons you will learn and skills you will develop.
