Another run
Think about it... On its own it takes about a 10 min drive down, then add on the times it needs to stop on the way down so that's another 10 mins at least. And considering that the run is pretty much all down hill... I don't see how the bus stands a chance.
Anyway
I ran a lot further and umm... strangely a lot faster than usual
The distance was 6.38 miles and the average pace was a 7.41 minute mile.
And when I ran down the hill passing everyone out on a Friday night at about 11pm I felt like the terminator from judgement day that could run super fast.
Jesus that guy gave me nightmares when I was little.
Fucking cool character though
