Night run
So as we have established in the past...
James likes to run

So this was my second run since being at University. I would of been on more however Freshers Flu is an actual thing and I seriously think that it might be one of the most infectious illnesses out there in this day and age...
I mean I honestly think that it is more infectious than every "X virus" in every zombie movie
Even if I imagine myself in a zombie movie I always imagine that I will be the hero and survive with my supreme intelligence and immunity to the virus.
But really the freshers flu has made me realise that I will be one of the first to be infected.
And within 20 mins I will become a mindless, brainless, killing machine
(otherwise known as my year 13 art teacher)
ANYWAY...
So my first run after being free of the freshers flu, how did it go?
Well I decided to run at night, because for some reason I feel like I run faster in the dark.
I don't know why this is... maybe its a lack of the light.
Because I felt in at least okay condition I decided to use my Altitude mask and I ran at 3000ft which I usually use when embarking on a long distance run (normally 8miles+) But as I was coming back from an illness and I didn't expect to be running on good form, this seemed to be appropriate.
So what else did I wear...
Simple really it was just my leggings and a black shirt
So I looked like a really lame Batman running through the night.

So I took a different route from before.
This route was along the main roads from Penryn into Falmouth.
I would never run this way in the daytime as the cars driving past would just produce to many fumes to run in I might as well go for a run inside a Coca Cola bottle.
But there are barely any cars out at 10pm so it was pretty safe to go for a run in.
The total distance was 5.3 miles and It took me around 40mins. I would normally expect to be a lot faster however I feel like its a good result after a casually taken run after an illness.
